Our today topic is based on the knowledge. Every day we are receiving so many emails that we have memory loss problem. Even some parents said their children also facing these issues. So we decided to write and make video about the tips to enhance memory.

As we always go for the treatment for memory loss, without thinking why this is happening to us or to our loved ones. One of the main reason of memory loss is food. Now a days we are not getting quality food. Day by day quality of food is decreasing and day by day we are facing new issues regarding to our health.

Brain health tips

There are some food which we have to quite from our daily life. Or we have to change the way of taking that food. we have some other posts also regarding the brain health tips.

  1. Green Coriander
    1. Stop Eating Green Coriander “Sabaz Dhaniya”. If you eat green coriander too much that will enhance your memory loss problem. So use it less as much as you can.
  2. Granary Apple “ Toorush Apple”
    1. If you eat Granary Apple that will also cause side effect of memory loss. Usually apples are not granary only few which are not ready to eat are granary.
  3. Food bitten by rat
    1. Never eat anything which is bitted by rat. If you eat anything which is bitted by rat will also enhance your memory loss problem.
  4. Milk
    1. We think it good to drink milk as much as can. But it’s not truth anything which you take more than normal routine will harm you. So if you drink milk to much also take you to memory loss problem.
  5. Overeating Purslane “Lobia”
    1. If you are eating to0 much Purslane that is also not good for your health and brain. It’s better not eat too much Purslane.
  6. Dry Meat
    1. Don’t eat dry meat for long time. Eating Dry meat for long term have so many disadvantages and one of them is memory loss.
  7. Cold Water
    1. We love to drink cold water and cold drinks but it’s not good for our health and especially for our brain.
  8. Eating Grass
    1. If someone eating grass, ask them to stop it will not bring them for memory loss problem.
  9. Meat of less than one year old Goat.
    1. Never eat meat of less than one year goat.
  10. Half Boiled egg.
    1. Never eat half boiled egg, that is not good for your health too.
